We’d like you to meet our Project Manager – Judith Rhodes

1. What is your role at Diamond?

My role as a Project Manager is to manage medium to large projects working closely with the Relationship Managers and our onsite team of Network Specialists to ensure quality delivery of product and services to our valued clients.

2. What do you like most about working at Diamond?

Besides working with a fantastic team of people who are dedicated and professional, I love the flexibility to enable a work life balance of which Diamond fully supports.

3. Why did you choose to enter the field?

I have worked in the IT industry for a good part of 20 years, initially in the installation and configuration of voicemail systems and then progressing into the installation and solutions consultant role for Contact Centre and IVR software. With this back ground it was a natural progression for me to move into the field of Project Management.

4. If you could meet anyone, living or dead who would you choose?

Stacy Westfall is a horse trainer who trains horses to be ridden and competed, being ridden bareback and bridle less. Her training methods are inspiring, using clarity and simplicity in her teachings which can also be applied to everyday life.

5. People would be surprised to know . . .

My first job was working in racing stables and riding track work. I have been involved with horses most of my life and continuing to ride and compete today.
